Watermelon Slush – 

3 cups of sweet watermelon, de-seeded
1 lime
1 cup of ice
1 T of sugar (optional)
1 T of water (optional)
Blend up and enjoy! 
❤It’s super easy to make, and such a delicious result. I’ll be craving it now on every warm day so it’s a good thing we love watermelon around here. Watermelons are in peak season so it’s the perfect time to create this delicious drink.

1. Start off with an extra ripe, sweet watermelon. They’re in peak season right now so take advantage of the sweetness and buy one to eat and one for slush.2. Cut about 3 cups of watermelon into small chunks. It’s best to start with a seedless watermelon so you don’t have all the work of de-seeding it.3. Squeeze a full lime in and add about a cup of ice, 1 T of sugar (if it’s really sweet you won’t need any sugar), and a T of water (if your blender is fancy you won’t even need the water) 4. Blend until smooth! Keep ice and water on hand if you need to add more to get the right slush consistency.

Raspberry Peach Iced Tea –

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 ½ cups peaches pitted and sliced
TEA
  • 3-4 bags of black tea or 2 family sized tea bags
  • 8 cups water

1.In a medium saucepan, stir together water, sugar, peaches and raspberries. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let mixture simmer until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 25 minutes. 2. While the syrup is steeping, make tea. In a large pot bring water to a boil and steep tea bags in water 3-4 minutes or until tea is to your desired strength. Once brewed, remove tea bags and transfer to a pitcher then refrigerate to cool. 3. Once the syrup mixture has steeped, pour over a fine mesh strainer to removed fruit pieces (fruit can be reserved for another use). Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. 4. After both the tea and syrup have chilled, pour syrup into the tea*, stirring to combine. Serve over ice and garnish with additional peach slices and raspberries if desired.

Easy Berry Sangria –

  • 1 (750 mL) bottle rose wine
  • 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces lemon-lime soda

  1. In a large pitcher, whisk together rose wine, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and sugar.
  2. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve over ice with lemon-lime soda.

Blueberry Lemonade –

  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar (can substitute honey – start with 1/2 cup and then add more if desired)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • Ice

  1. In a blender, blend together the lemon juice, sugar, blueberries, and hot water until the berries are pureed and the sugar is dissolved. Pour into pitcher. Pour over a fine-mesh strainer if you prefer a pulp-free lemonade.
  2. Add cold water.
  3. Chill for at least an hour.
  4. Serve over ice.

Aam Panna –

3 medium size green raw mangoes
1 cup Sugar
1 tblsp roasted cumin powder
Black salt to taste
Salt to taste
2 cup water
1 tblsp Mint leaves (pudina patta)
Ice crushed

  • Place the mangoes along with water in a sauce-pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.Then remove from fire
  • Alternately you can pressure cook the mangoes with water till soft.
  • Let them cool and then peel the mangoes and get the pulp with the help of a spoon. Grind mango pulp along with water to a smooth paste.
  • In a pan take the pulpy mixture, add sugar and let it cook on flame till the sugar dissolves completely. Stir continously lest you burn the mixture.
  • Remove from fire and add roasted cumin powder, black salt and salt.
  • Let this mixture cool down properly.
  • To make the drink : take a tall glass pour 1 -2 tblsp of the mango mixture and pour in chilled water till 3/4 th. Now add finely chopped mint and crushed ice.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
