My Take - The sheet itself, which fits my skin like a glove, is soaked in a milky white liquid that resembles, both in colour and texture, more a lotion than an essence. I leave it on for the customary 20 minutes, which is more than enough time for my skin to soak up all its nourishing juice. Once I removed it, I noticed that my skin was more hydrated than before: it felt softer, looked plumper and was slightly moist, giving my face a youthful glow..These are only the short term benefits; used regularly, the anti-aging properties of the mask also prevent wrinkles and fine lines from creeping up onto my skin too soon.
